The leader to it all. Has every final say in any matter reguarding the clan and the violation of rules. As well as determining the positions of General. If there is a violation in the rules he makes sure both parties have had there say in what has happened and then he and the generals will talk it through and make a discission based what they have been told. He also has to make sure we are actively recriuting for new members.
This rank is determined by the commander only. They are here to keep all the members in line in the absence of the commander. Set up meetings with the Commander regarding the Clan. The generals are also have to make sure all members are following the coc at all times, they also have to make sure that all members in the clan know all rules and to let them know if there are any new rules that have changed.
In charge of a single platoon. A platoon is made up of 2 squads. Main tasks include maintaining the front and back side of the website. This can include updating content on the clan website, creating badges, and awarding those badges. Staff members are also tasked with maintaining rosters for their assigned squads and all recruits. This requires working closely with Captains to keep it up to date. Staff members are also responsible for reporting any news within the squads like infractions to their CoC. This should be done both at a meeting and on the site within the correct forum section to keep the Commander and Generals up to date on clan matters. In addition, they must check in with Captains to ensure weekly practices are being held at a squad level.
The leader of two squads. Captains are responsible for making sure each squad is holding weekly practices. Works closely with both their assigned Staff and Lts. to pass information regarding clan matters to everyone in their squads. May hold squad battles to practice hold spots. Captains also hold the reponsibility of moderating the forums, and suggesting all major promotions within their squads. In addition, Captains must work with Staff members to place new recruits into squads to be trained by the corporals.
The leader of a single squad. Responsible for two fireteams within that squad. Lts will set up weekly practices thay should be run by each corporal for their respective fireteam. They decide the mqps that will be reviewed. Lts. are responsible for posting practice notes after every practice to inform their CoC of progress being made within the fireteams. Lts. will work closely with their Captain and corporals to maintain that each squad member is combat ready and the rosters are up to date on the site.
Corporals are in charge of a single fireteam within a squad. They are responsible for 4 privates. Works closely with their assigned Lt to carry out efficent practices and training. While Lts determine what will be shown at a given practice, the Corporals are the ones leading the session. Corporals are the clan's bread and butter and the first with their boots on the ground. Corporals will build up a recruit and promote the UDD way of controlling a map. Once a recruit is fully trained, the corporal will report this to their Lt and it will make its way up the CoC.
A full member of the clan. This happens once you make it past your 7 day recruitment trial and you have learned our hold spots. Upgrades the clan tag to UDD (all upper case). Get better and hold your ground. Works with recruits close hand in showing how to hold a side.
